SUPERVISORY BOARD - MODEL PURSUANT TO DLGS 231/01
The Board of Directors approved Model 231, on March 22, 2021, at the same time appointing the Supervisory Body and providing for it to be composed of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors. The Supervisory Body was invested in accordance with Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 with autonomous powers of initiative, supervision and control.
The Supervisory Body is the body in charge of supervising the functioning and observance of Model 231, as well as its possible updating and revision. Since Model 231 is a purely Italian instrument, it has also been approved by the Italian subsidiaries of the Group, in order to provide protection from the risks of committing significant crimes also in relation to operating companies.
