Supervisory Board and Application of the Style 231
The Board of Directors approved the Model 231 on 22 March 2021, appointing theSupervisory Board headed by the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors. The body has autonomous powers of initiative and control to supervise the functioning of the model, ensure that it is updated and prevent the risk of offences. The style 231 was also adopted by the subsidiaries in Italy, to strengthen the Group's protection against risks and ensure shared ethical standards in operating activities.
