In order to prevent and combat unlawful or irregular conduct, U-Power has adopted an internal system for reporting violations (known as “whistleblowing”), in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023.

Reports may concern conduct, acts, or omissions that constitute or may constitute violations of regulatory provisions, the Code of Ethics, the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as company policies and procedures.

To manage reports, U-Power uses a dedicated platform designed to ensure the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity, the identities of those involved, and the information contained in the report, in compliance with applicable laws.

How to File a Report

• Follow the instructions on the platform to complete and submit the report.

• Once you’ve submitted the report, you can save the report’s identification code, which you can use to log back into the platform and check its status.
