The transaction, which will lead to combined revenues close to EUR 500 million, creates a pan-European group with presence in more than 60 markets and widespread leadership positions. The synergy will facilitate international expansion and the development of new product ranges. Closing is expected between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, subject to antitrust and FDI approvals.
